Commercial Lines Account Manager

This position will work closely with production team to quote, place and service new and existing business within the agency.  There will be a fair amount of customer / client contact and opportunity to help grow the agency.  

1.    Identify and analyze client exposure and provide risk control and risk transfer mechanisms and solutions to meet the commercial clients’ needs. Implement and monitor the established risk management program throughout the policy year to ensure compliance and make adjustments when needed.
2.    Provide prompt, accurate, courteous service to customers, producers, external company personnel and internal co-workers.
3.    Grow and develop talents and insurance and risk management knowledge to highest-level possible.
4.    Provide, with a positive attitude, a high level of support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding and servicing commercial accounts
