As an Account Administrator, the focus of this position is to assist Account Executives and Account Managers in the servicing of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Process Certificates of Insurance, Evidence of Property, Auto ID Cards
  • Request / Download Endorsements and Policies from Carrier Websites
  • Prepare Certificate Holder List and give to AE to transmit and review with client prior to renewal.
  • Send WC Posting Notices to Clients
  • Send partially completed Contractors Credit Worksheets and coordinate until completed.
  • Maintain Policy Files in EPIC
  • Proposals and other Client Presentations - Print and Assemble
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2 Years Prior Professional Experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, experience with EPIC a definite plus.
