Life & Annuity Customer Service Representative
In this position you will provide sales and support recommendations to clients and Federated Sales Representatives on coverage/product options for life, annuity, and disability income products. We are looking for someone with effective and energetic phone skills, problem solving, and attention to detail combined with a genuine desire to help others and create an exceptional customer experience. No prior insurance experience is required.
- Two years post-secondary education or equivalent experience in customer service.
- Minimum of 2 years' work experience in customer service or business demonstrating the ability to communicate professionally with a variety of people, as well as, work under pressure and adapt quickly to changes.
- Strong computer knowledge and excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to work with multiple computer applications while demonstrating speed, accuracy, and high attention to detail.
