Lead Financial Analyst

In this role, you will participate in and manage complex financial analysis reports and projects. You'll use your broad accounting and finance knowledge to lead monthly book close deliverables and consolidated executive level reporting, while also providing internal and external managers with valuable insight into the financials.
Participate in monthly book close deliverables and expense reporting
Maintain financial and metric results in financial systems (Apptio, Hyperion, ITFAR, Power BI). Ensure that these systems are updated to deliver accurate and timely department expense and SBU charge back
Collect financial data and visualize; Consolidate Technology reporting
Support Global CIO and ELT level reporting and analysis
Draw conclusions from financial data; Highlight key areas of concern to management so they can make timely and sound business decisions
Engage with Application and Central IT Finance groups to support them in their market and
SBU level reporting
Evaluate opportunities for efficiencies and improvements to processes, controls, and financial tools (Hyperion, Apptio, Power BI); Partner with the Technology squad and product owner on automation where
Assist Tech managers with accurate forecasting and expense management
Support forecasting and expense management, customer invoicing, and revenue tracking for Workgrid legal entity
The compensation for this role is dependent on experience and geographic location of candidate.
- Bachelor`s degree (Finance or Accounting) required.
- CPA or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of finance experience.
- Must demonstrate attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to drive results.
- Communicates well with own team and across organizational boundaries to ensure the successful completion of shared goals.
- Comfortable leading meetings and able to communicate issues and trends to senior management and other groups at the appropriate level of detail.
- Solid understanding of Finance Tools and Analytical Methods.
