About the Role

Field Marketing Organization(FMO) seeks a Senior Account Manager to step in and provide relationship management and product expertise for the Medicare suite of products and services they provide to both their brokerage and career agent distribution channels.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop solid business relationships with new or existing customers in their distribution channels
  • Increase revenues through management of external call center relationships
  • Secure profitable business through negotiations
  • Manage, renew, and re-negotiate terms with existing clients
  • Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by clients
  • Participate in sales training and sales meetings as necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams (i.e. finance, operations, compliance, etc.) to address client needs
  • Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly revenue streams

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-4 years in a similar account management/relationship management role
  • Knowledge of different distribution channels (i.e. career agent and managing general agency) strongly preferred

Compensation, Benefits, & Perks

$60k to $80k + benefits package and ability to work fully remote.
