We are looking for an experienced, data-driven marketer to lead our marketing technology group. This role leads the strategy and management of marketing technology solutions to drive incremental sales growth across our media channels.  This is a highly cross functional role, with close partnership across media, marketing, eCommerce, IT, data science, and privacy.



  • Set the vision and plan for the future of Marketing Technology. Operationalize and execute on plan with excellence.
  • Co-create 1st party customer data vision with the Data Office.
  • Partner with Legal to ensure data privacy compliance within Media.
  • Oversee the execution of Marketing Technology functionality across Media and eCommerce including audience segmentation and activation, 1st party data, media measurement tools, digital identity, privacy, and tag management.
  • Manage vendor relationships related to our Marketing Technology platforms; CDP, DSP, DMP, Ad Server, Ad Safety, Tag Management, Identity, Measurement platforms; negotiate technology contracts to drive the most value; manage the budgets and resources in alignment with agreed-upon business KPIs
  • Translate digital technology investments into direct and measurable business results & outcomes.
  • Develop and manage a technology roadmap for our Marketing Technology to ensure we are building an effective marketing technology solution based on top priorities.
  • Partner with Legal to ensure data privacy compliance within Media.
  • Deep technical understanding of the AdTech industry and technologies.
  • Routinely work with internal partners focused across the marketing and advertising technology stacks.


  • Proven leadership ability in managing a strong, experienced, and diverse team
  • Clear communication skills. We are looking for someone who is comfortable problem solving with technical experts as well as explaining a new technology to an executive
  • Expertise in using CDPs to drive tailored customer engagement
  • Experience and expertise across media tactics
  • Curiosity about the ever-changing media and technology landscape
  • Ability to transform data into insights that impact plans and investments
  • Experience managing technology vendors
  • Organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Highly motivated/ambitious and a new idea generator
  • 10+ years of experience in ad tech, media, or another relevant field
