Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Project/Program Management Senior Consultant, youll play a key role supporting the organizations transformation of its structure and culture to one that promotes business agility and sustainability. This includes leading medium to complex work using Agile, traditional waterfall, and hybrid approaches to support the operational needs of our products and services.

  • Work in an evolving Agile environment
    • Participate in high-performing durable teams and serve in a role as a project manager or ScrumMaster
    • Maintain contemporary skills including Scaled Agile
    • Independently achieve ambiguous and changing project/program objectives
    • Deliver customized solutions
  • Lead and support simultaneous projects, programs and activities with relentless Customer focus
    • Drive achievement of related KPIs through leadership and influence
    • Deliver recurring and ad hoc project/program communications in an easily understood, simplified style that resonates with any audience
    • Lead and/or support test-and-learns and continuous improvement
    • Engage, guide and influence business and technology partners

Job Qualifications

What you bring:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in project/program management plus extensive familiarity with related tools, concepts, methodologies and practices including Scaled Agile and Scrum
  • Demonstrated experience communicating, collaborating, and influencing stakeholders
  • Experience soliciting requirements, organizing information and people around common objectives
  • Ability to build and execute project plans with clear milestones and achievement of timeline commitments and/or equivalent management of product backlogs and measurement of sprint velocity
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Compensation Data

The salary range for this position is $59,500 to $92,500. The salary offered will be commensurate with experience.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
