Worksite Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager will recruit and develop employee benefit and worksite brokers, assist brokers with their worksite sales strategy, and develop effective implementation and enrollment plans. They will provide training on all products and processes.

The client is seeking candidates within these two territories:

• Southeast Mid-Atlantic: SC, NC, VA, MD, DC
• Southeast Gulf Coast: GA, AL, MS, LA, AR

Duties & Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and maintain relationships with employee benefits brokers, worksite specialists, agents, marketers, and enrollment firms
• Promote and support production of the Company’s worksite product line
• Contracting and appointing producers
• Provide sales and product training for brokers and worksite producers

Skills & Experience

Four to eight years of experience working in a carrier regional sales representative position with a worksite focused carrier

Compensation & Benefits

$70,000(base) + commissions, 1^st year guarantee $150k and comprehensive benefits
