We are looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated Senior Account Executive to be a part of a growing Third Party Adminstrator (TPA) team. Our Senior Account Executive is a National business development role to lead sales efforts to alternative markets, to include group captive, program and carrier business. This role will include relationship development/management, in depth needs analysis, consultative selling and program design.
- Responsible for achieving sales growth through business partnerships with the greater risk community, brokers, carriers, captive managers and MGA's.
- Work with Senior Leadership to develop successful sales strategy in the North Eastern Marketplace. Prepares and presents proposal to prospect and coordinates service presentations with other departments as needed.
- Create high potential leads through current and new business network.
- Respond to RFPs and coordinate and execute finalist presentation.
- Documentation of sales process with benefit of SalesForce.
- Collaborate with our service team on account implementation
Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus 7-10 years of progressively more responsible work experience in an insurance/TPA sales position with a minimum of 3 years of successful National Account Sales experience. Must be licensed, if required by the state. Requires in-depth knowledge of company's services, products and marketing techniques, insurance contracts, funding and rating. Requires highly effective oral and written communication skills, including presentation, persuasion, timing, tact and negotiation skills. Industry designations and graduate level education is a plus. Preferred location Northeastern states.
