Claims - Liability Adjuster

We are a TPA office in Atlanta and we have an opportunity for a Commercial Auto liability Adjuster with at least five (5) years of experience handling insurance claims. This is an in-office position handling trucking claims.

The responsibilities include:

• Insurance and legal knowledge sufficient to handle claims.
• Evaluation of coverage and ability to identify coverage issues
• Investigation skills to confirm facts, necessary to confirm coverage and assess liability
• Ability to assess injuries and settlement values.
• Litigation experience and Professional negotiation skills.
• Professional writing skills necessary to report Underwriters with recommendations

We will train the right candidate. The candidate should be motivated to further their career in insurance. The candidate should be motivated to learn and have a desire to be successful.
