We are open to applicants with varying levels of experience, from trainees to senior-level adjusters.

In this position, you will investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle liability, bodily injury, and property damage claims, including those involving litigation. We foster a collaborative work environment, empower you to make decisions, and give you the autonomy to settle your claims. This is a department where you have room for growth and promotion.

In this position, you will:

• Travel within your region for mediations and trials.
• Retain and direct defense counsel.
• Utilize your negotiation skills to maneuver claims towards resolution.

Qualifications:

• Insurance claims handling experience
• Demonstrated success in exercising independent decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation competency.
• Above-average teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
• A willingness and drive to go above and beyond for our customers.
