Insurance Programs Assistant Trainer
Responsible for providing customized insurance program training specific to Underwriting Assistants within our Underwriting Department. This includes providing a high level overview of individual program-based operations as well as individual training on data entry and policy issuance procedures in the rating and issuance systems and workflow procedures in the document management system.
Qualifications: Basic knowledge using GIG and/or specific carrier rating and issuance systems preferred. Computer data-entry skills including a technical level understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Sharepoint desired. Excellent verbal and written communication skills mandatory. Candidate must be a self-starter, and possess excellent verbal communication skills necessary to speak in front of various groups of associates. Property-casualty agency or company experience preferred. Some travel may be required.
