We are looking for an Insurance Consultant to help pursue our mission: simplify the homeownership journey with consolidated services, transparent pricing, and most importantly, a client-centric philosophy. Insurance at CapCenter is completely different. Our Insurance Consultants are highly competitive professionals who work on the insurance team to drive client value, lead change, and deliver results. These highly motivated individuals will work seamlessly with Clients and our in-house team of Loan Consultants, Insurance Consultants, Real Estate Agents, and Attorneys. Insurance Consultants go the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service and stretch themselves to improve the efficiency across operations.   • Provide prospects the best services for their needs and support existing client policy needs
  • Assist as first line of communication on reported claims
  • Prepare policy change requests and submit requests to carriers
  • Drive results for conversion and the cross-sell of various CapCenter services
  • Collaborate across departments in initial insurance quoting process
  • Protect clients with a relentless commitment to quality control built on personal ethics and responsibility
  • Provide input on development, implementation and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Make recommendations to current clients to update and enhance policy contracts
  • Maintain existing client relationships and support client retention
  • Perform all phases of new business, renewal, and remarket process
  • Knowledge of personal lines insurance products, carriers, carrier quote and issuance systems


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Willing to obtain Property and Casualty and Life Insurance licenses (CapCenter will sponsor!)
  • Self-motivated, ability to collaborate or work autonomously
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skillset
  • Proven professionalism, strong judgement and commitment to sound ethics and character
  • Able to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally across a broad audience
  • Successful experience in consumer direct sales, preferably in personal insurance industry is a plus
