A recognized market leader in the individual life insurance industry, future-focused, and passionate about what they do and how we do it seeks a high energy sales & business development professional who embraces technology and a tech-enabled distribution opportunity.

The Vice President Digital Partnerships Channel will be responsible for recruiting, implanting, and managing strategic partnerships with external organizations. The Partnerships, VP will engage relationships at the C-suite level of prospective and current accounts to open opportunities and expand distribution. Spokesperson in the market promoting value proposition and digital capabilities to insurtech, P&C firms, FinTech start-ups, affinities, etc.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for Account Executives/CEOs, leadership, sales staff, and operations staff
  • Creating and implementing the strategic plan to grow Partnerships Distribution
  • Identifying new potential distribution opportunities – onboard and grow – leveraging digital capabilities
  • Developing client-specific project plans and working across cross-functional teams to include sales, marketing, IT, and operations to achieve goals

Skills & Experience

  • 7-10 years of business experience with 5+ years in B2B sales and marketing experience
  • Sales mindset – use data and technology to drive business
  • Currently with tech company selling a digital platform would be considered
  • Project management experience with the ability to drive projects from inception to completion
  • Preferable but not required, knowledge and experience of Life Insurance company operations (customer service, information systems, marketing, sales, underwriting, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills


$150,000 + 16% bonus potential
