Employee Benefits Account Manager
- Active CA Life Acc/Health license
- 2-5+ years’ experience working in an independent agency setting
- Experience handling RFPs, preparing spreadsheets, submissions/ marketing to carriers, proposals and assisting with open enrollment preparation
- Experience working with both small and large group accounts as well as self-insured/ self-funding
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
