We are inviting applications for the role of Licensed Liability Supervisor

In this role, you will be responsible for the management of a team of Material Damage Adjusters, responsible for coverage and negligence investigations and resolution of MD claims. This position works closely in meeting client performance and quality standards.

 

Responsibilities

· Manage quality assurance, performance, and training activities with adjusters, appraisers, clients, attorneys, and body shops. The position is involved in improving and implementing ongoing processes, materials, and communication tools

· Understand and apply general policy conditions and coverage application

· Track record of success leading a team of MD Adjusters meets KPI, Customer Experience, and company goals. Must be willing to jump in assist with claims as needed to support your Adjusters and Clients. This is not a manager by delegation role

· Advanced knowledge and experience in coverage investigations, evaluating & settling Auto MD claims. Deep knowledge of venues and their regulatory and case laws across the U.S. to ensure Best Claim Practice compliance.

· Litigation Management of disputed claims a plus

 

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Maintain adjuster license (s) as required by state regulations

· Georgia P&C Adjuster license and other state adjuster licenses

· Relevant work experience in Material Damage claim handling experience

· Relevant work experience leading a team of MD and/or BI Adjusters

· Record of success leading a team of MD Adjusters meets KPI, Customer Experience, and company goals

· Must be willing to jump in assist with claims as needed to support your Adjusters and Clients (This is not a manager by delegation role)

· Strong customer service skills with attention to detail and self-motivated

· Must have excellent written and oral communication skills

· Must present themselves in a professional manner on a day-to-day basis

· Ability to meet and document strict timelines for review and upload of work product

 

 

Preferred qualifications

· College Diploma or commensurate work experience

· Previous claim experience with multi-state experience

· P&C Adjuster licenses in other states
