In this role, you will investigate, evaluate, proactively manage, negotiate, and settle workers' compensation claims, including those involving litigation. Our adjuster's caseloads are manageable and kept to a reasonable number so they can provide exceptional customer service, meet departmental and individual goals, and enjoy a positive work-life balance. In addition, we give our adjusters the autonomy and authority needed to manage and adjust claims to a successful resolution.

We are looking for someone with:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ambition to grow and expand their insurance industry knowledge.
• Exceptional strategic and critical thinking skills.
• The confidence to make independent decisions and negotiate with others.
