About the Role

The Commercial Insurance Account Manager- Large Accounts is an immediate job opening with a sophisticated Denver insurance brokerage’s construction team. In this role, you will be the lead service point of contact for clients while internally directing workflows on the book of business as well as mentor a junior associate.

Job Specs

Location: Denver

Work Schedule: Hybrid office/work-from-home schedule. Currently through the summer employees are working 2-3 days/week in the office, the rest from home. By fall, as things continue to reopen, the agency expects the flexible work schedule to continue with 1-2 days/week working from home.

Responsibilities:

• Take the lead on all servicing strategies on a daily basis while also coordinating new account onboarding and renewal prep
• Analyze current coverages, insurance limits, and premium differences
• Review and resolve audit disputes
• Work directly with underwriters and wholesale brokers in the marketing process
• Review final proposal and presentations with the producer

Compensation: Salary range of $75k-$85k depending on experience

Licensure: Colorado P&C insurance license required within 90 days of hire

Experience: Minimum five (5) years of commercial insurance client service experience; large account proficiency from $50k-$100k in revenue is required
