Claims Adjuster Supervisor

• Support claims department by insuring claims are processed in an efficient manner and in compliance with policies.
• Actively supervise field property claims adjusters and independent adjusters
• Audit claims for proper processing as necessary
• Collect facts, investigate loss and approve or deny payment in line with policy guidelines
• Provide leadership and direction to field staff

Claims Adjuster Supervisor Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills required
• Must have valid Texas adjuster’s license
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• A minimum of five years of experience adjusting field property claims, with 2 years supervisory experience preferred
