The Graph Group Is Looking To Hire
A Premium Auditor to join our growing team, responsibilities perform examination of policyholders accounting and financial records to ensure accurate calculation of earned premium for our workers compensation policies. The opportunity comes with growth potential within the organization. We are looking for candidates who are organized and seek long term growth from within the company.
Responsibilities
- Perform examination of policyholders' accounting and financial records to ensure accurate calculation of earned premium.
- Ensure that audited exposures (payroll, sales, fixed assets, etc.) are accurately calculated within strict insurance guidelines.
- Communicate audit findings through detailed formal reports supported by audit workpapers.
- Review appropriate audit documentation and/or company policy systems, to determine auditable exposures and coverages provided by the policy and plan audit strategy.
- Investigate policyholder operations to obtain actual exposures, verify classifications as they apply to the policy and ensure conformity to various state laws and insurance regulations for the appropriate audit period.
- Prepare detailed work papers and written correspondence in support of audit findings.
- Identify issues to be communicated and socialize the audit information to appropriate.
- Coordinate with the underwriting team to ensure payroll information is accurate.
- Direct communication with insureds, agents, and brokers in order to obtain accurate information.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years Previous experience in premium auditing services or other related fields
- Proficient in Microsoft WORD, Excel & Outlook
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
