Job Details
Commercial Lines Customer Service Candidate must hold CA P&C license and have minimum 5 years Commercial Lines experience with an independent insurance agency. Strong knowledge of all lines of commercial insurance. Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Proficient in Outlook, agency management system and Internet. Strong understanding and ability to demonstrate customer service focus. Team player a must.
Plus but not required:
EPIC Management system experience.
