Project Manager, Operations

About the Role

Well-funded by leading healthcare venture capital investors, this high touch/high tech service provider empowers older adults with care and concierge services allowing them to live healthy and independently at home, while providing much needed support and services to family caregivers.

We are seeking a Project Management professional for a high-impact and key role that will be responsible for translating strategic discussions and high-level business requirements into actionable plans and initiatives that advance the mission of our client. Working across multiple teams including operations, care delivery, data, product, and technology teams, the Project Manager will ensure a path to operationalize initiatives that enhance and mature our existing services as a Series A start-up.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Direct accountability and responsibility for a portfolio of projects related to service line optimization and internal process improvement; integration of analytics into business operations and workflow optimization
• Develop & manage a comprehensive program, set of plans, complex projects
• Business Process Re-design: Identify opportunities to advance and maturity the current ways of working as an early-stage company

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant master’s degree strongly preferred (MBA)
• 4+ years of experience in project management or related consulting experience required; experience within a health care or insurance highly preferred
• Expertise in change management approaches/principles along with demonstrated business process improvement experience
• Experience with Agile and Scrum
