President and Chief Information Officer for Allstate Claims. The role will have accountability for leading
the discovery and delivery of innovative technical solutions that enable Claims business outcomes and
are aligned to enterprise target state architectures. We are a customer-centric delivery operation across
a highly matrixed and globally dispersed product engineering organization.

Must be available for rotation (if not a promotion); and:
•Must have good attendance and a clean disciplinary record.
•Currently at Band G, or Band F with a 2020 end of year performance score of 3 or above.
•10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering roles.
•A minimum of 7 years management experience with 3 year in a senior leadership role.
•Technical aptitude affords familiarity with software/cloud engineering best practices.
•Experience architecting and implementing secure enterprise-scale applications.
•Experience establishing competitive intelligence capabilities in support of new market
•Experienced in product strategy, product vision definition, product roadmaps, product discovery
and KPI definition and measurement.
•Experienced in leading large-scale delivery across global locations.
Expertise in building and leading global product teams, and implementing highly iterative
software development practices including agile Scrum, agile XP.
•Proficiency in leading organizational change strategies encompassing people, processes and
technology to support digital transformation.
• Ability to manage relationships and influence at VP level and above.
• Adapt at seeking out and creating digital ecosystems and forging relationships with academia, government bodies and private sector.
