Adjuster: Direct Hire- Premise Liability/ GL Litigation Examiner

Are you an experienced commercial liability claims adjuster?

We have a client with a current opening for a fantastic opportunity. This job is for the person who wants to work for a company with top technology to adjust CGL claims in a flexible, world class office.

What are they looking for?

- 5+ years’ experience adjusting Litigated Commercial General Liability claims. The claims are primarily bodily injury / premise liability, and other GL related losses for various commercial sites.

- Work with litigated files and attorney represented claims. They have their own House Counsel and field adjusters for outside work.

- Prepare Large Loss reports, Reservation of Rights letters, Denials, and Releases of all parties. May include continued investigation when needed.

-College Degree or relevant experience desired for this claim’s opportunity.

-Florida All Lines Adjusters License Required. Multi-state experience and Licensure A+

-This is not a remote position; however, it does have a lot of flexibility to split working at home and working in the office. The office is in Southern Broward/Northern Dade County, FL. Must reside in that area of Florida.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year based on experience + Benefits
