Senior Art Director: 
Allstate is looking for talented Senior Art Directors with a background in conceptual, digital, and content work to join our creative team. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a group passionate about great work, telling compelling stories and creating extraordinary experiences. Our work spans brand identity, mobile, web, apps, live action, films, infographics, advertising campaigns, and more.

The Senior Art Director is responsible the execution of the creative vision and delivering design aesthetics, experience design and brand storytelling across the enterprise. This requires the ability to apply business knowledge, data and consumer insights to creative solutions that deliver results.  Art Directors are accountable for big ideas and innovative storytelling for all enterprise companies. Art Directors oversee all projects and programs related to design aesthetics in support of Integrated Marketing Services, bringing brand storytelling to technology, business strategy and digital innovation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Development of concepts and execution of designs to meet business needs
  • Build and manage portfolio of creative ideas and concepts
  • Deliver with strategic mindset
  • Develop teams with a deep understanding of design principles
  • The ability to define and document great user-centered digital experiences
  • The ability to clearly and confidently present your work in front of both internal and external audiences
  • Ability to keep up with current trends in digital design, development and communication technologies
  • Experience with agile process
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Knowledge of Sketch, Adobe Muse, Adobe Edge or other new design and prototyping software tools is a plus

Job Qualifications

  • BFA/BA in Advertising, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design or related field (or significant equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience delivering integrate and digital projects. Experience in brand identity design, social content and video production is highly valued
  • Experience with portfolio management and ability to showcase several recent, live projects and omni-channel campaigns

Compensation Data

The minimum salary for this position is $91,800.  The salary offerd will be commensurate with experience.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
