Director of Compliance - Life Insurance
Our client is a well-respected Life Insurance Company that offers a suite of financial and insurance products.
As Compliance Director, you will ensure all business operations are conducted in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This includes obtaining proper approvals, policy forms, documents and other files necessary to meet current legislative guidelines.
In this role, you will:
•Develop departmental policies and procedures
•Oversee and resolve all issues relative to compliance practices
•Interact with insurance department personnel and other insurance companies as needed
•Monitor changes to state and federal insurance regulations
To be qualified, you should have:
•10+ years of experience within a life insurance company – primarily within the compliance department
•3+ years of management experience
•Extensive knowledge of life insurance products and annuities
•Bachelor’s Degree preferred
