Customer Service Representative - Licensed
We are looking for a Customer Service Rep in our agency located in Venice, Florida . The candidate will hold a Florida 440 or higher license. This is a small office of 5 employees.
Duties are handling customers, phone answering, computer work, quoting policies, completing applications, taking payments and all other normal customer service operations in an office. Our office mainly sells home and auto insurance, as well as the specialty lines of boats, RV's, motorcycle and flood.
This is a full time, hourly paid position of 37.5 hours per week. Our office hours are 8:30 to noon, closed for lunch and 1PM to 5PM Monday to Friday. Paid vacation and paid holidays. We do not offer health, life or retirement benefits.
