Join the creative team within the walls of Allstate and help build up our creative agency. We're looking for scrappy, seasoned creatives with conceptual skills who want to be part of creating smart work for several brands under the Allstate umbrella. Make sure to share your portfolio.
Art Director: Allstate is looking for talented Art Directors with a background in conceptual, digital, and content work to join our creative team. Job Description

  • Development of concepts and execution of designs to meet business needs
  • Build and manage portfolio of creative ideas and concepts
  • Deliver with strategic mindset
  • The ability to define and document great user-centered digital experiences
  • The ability to clearly and confidently present your work in front of both internal and external audiences
  • Ability to keep up with current trends in digital design, development and communication technologies
  • Experience with agile process
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

Job Qualifications

  • BFA/BA in Advertising, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design or related field (or significant equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience delivering integrate and digital projects. Experience in brand identity design, social content and video production is highly valued

Compensation Data

The minimum salary for this position is $64,700.  The salary offered will be commensurate with experience.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
