We have a client in Winter Park, FL who  is looking for an experienced, dynamic, energetic, multi-talented Receptionist/ Clerical Support candidate who is qualified for a fantastic opportunity by becoming part of their team. This is a temp to perm opportunity to join a great team of Insurance Professionals.

The successful candidate will project the client's image by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor, and will assure that all calls are greeted in a positive and professional manner.

This position requires excellent oral and written communication skills, customer service and general office and computer skills.

This is a full-time office position and is not a remote/telecommute position and is a Temp to Perm position.

Job Responsibilities

• Answering and routing phone calls.
• Record and deliver messages clearly, concisely and timely
• Greet office visitors in a courteous, professional and friendly manner
• Receiving, scanning, distributing, and sending mail
• Data Entry
• Filing, Copying and Faxing & Scanning

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour

This position also requires excellent customer service along with the ability to communicate effectively and appropriately, both verbally and in writing with our clients.  Our Client is seeking candidates with a very high level of experience.
