We have a Client who is looking for an Administrative Assistant for their insurance claims office in Winter Park, FL.
This is a full-time office position and is not a remote/telecommute position and is a Temp to Perm hire
Must be able to prioritize work responsibilities, with various deadlines in a professional and time sensitive manner and willing to assist in other departments when needed.
The position requires excellent oral and written communication skills, customer service and general office and computer skills
The successful candidate will project the company image by maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Filing, Copying, Faxing & Scanning
- Data Entry
- Taking Assignments Via Phone/Email
- Format, Editing and Typing Reports
- Customer Service
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to manage time and direct workflow
- Job Requirements:
- Professional appearance
- Excellent customer service skills
- PC literate with functional skills in word processing software, preferably Microsoft Word
- Familiar with the Internet/Email applications, preferably Microsoft Outlook
- Strong data entry and typing skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent problem solving skills and strong attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour based on experience
This position also requires excellent customer service along with the ability to communicate effectively and appropriately, both verbally and in writing with our clients.
