Position Overview:

Seeking entry level inspectors for field inspections with the ability to handle virtual inspections including roof climbing and completion of a scope sheet. 


Candidate requirements:

  • Inspector must have a strong attention to detail and self-motivated.
  • Inspector must have strong customer service skills.
  • Inspector must have the ability to meet and document strict timelines for contact, inspection, and reporting.
  • Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be open to using mobile technology to complete inspection reporting
  • Roof inspections will be required. Must be able to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds. Twisting and bending in tight quarters may also be necessary.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required and 3 or more year’s experience as a field property adjuster experience
