Marketing Manager - Commercial Insurance Agency

About the Role

Marketing Manager, Commercial Insurance Agency works directly with producers and senior executives to impact the sales process for new and existing clients. The firm is looking for a self-starter with expertise in commercial insurance risk analysis, underwriting and brokering business who can generate create ideas to secure competitive and comprehensive insurance programs for middle market property and casualty accounts.

• Influence the sales process with your knowledge of underwriting analysis and placement
• Exhibit leadership skills to help coordinate teams, workflows and technology integrations
• Downstream information from carriers on new products, underwriting guidelines, policy changes/exclusions/endorsements and pricing considerations

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree + at least five (5) years of property and casualty insurance experience in marketing, brokerage, sales, service or underwriting
• Ability to analyze complex risk exposures and make recommendations for clients and prospects

Job Specs

Location: Remote, work-from-home job with the expectation of some travel on a monthly basis to New York City. Ideal locations from that distance include as far south as Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, the entire Tri-State area and as far north as Boston.

Compensation

$130k to $140k salary range based on experience
