What will you be doing?

• Assist with identifying, analyzing and management of risks faced by Mortenson's operations and determining whether appropriate means exist to transfer those risks
• Assist estimating and project teams with all insurance and surety related operational needs
• Engage in review and negotiation of owner, designer and subcontract/supplier agreements; provide support to business leaders involved in negotiations
• Negotiate subcontractor/supplier insurance coverage and limits
• Provide support for project pursuits including review of Request for Proposal, bid documents and project specifications
• Provide pricing support, including project specific insurance, builder’s risk, bonds, and subcontractor default insurance and ensure accurate accounting and close out
• Provide support of ongoing operating group support including training and lean process improvements
• All other duties as assigned
