Regional Commercial Insurance Marketer
About the Role
As the Regional Commercial Insurance Marketer for this Top 100 national insurance brokerage, you are responsible for coordinating property and casualty placement activity for the Central Region. A newly created position, your goal is to facilitate, coordinate and execute brokering strategies for new business accounts to help relieve the pressure on the account management teams for marketing related activities.
Duties & Responsibilities
As an experienced commercial insurance professional, you will:
- Assist sales and service teams with the new business sales process. You will qualify leads, create a marketing strategy based on your analysis of risk exposures and go to market handling the underwriting negotiations.
- Evaluate claims data, pricing trends and coverage enhancements to compose the best possible, most comprehensive insurance program for clients.
- Set timelines with sales and service staff to prepare submissions, anticipated negotiations and sales presentations. Improve process efficiencies to onboard new accounts in a timely manner.
- Support less experienced account managers with remarketing existing accounts. Provide insight on market trends.
Skills & Experience
At least five (5) years of Commercial P&C insurance marketing experience with a retail insurance agency.
Location: This position supports the central region which is currently comprised of Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. Remote, work-at-home is possible within these three states.
$100k to $120k depending on experience
