Agency Licensing Coordinator

The Agency Licensing Coordinator is responsible for the management of Independent Insurance Agent appointments, licensing, records maintenance, and regulatory compliance.

 Responsibilities:

• Manage the agency online applications generated from our website 
• Interview prospective agents to determine if they qualify for the next step in possibly being appointed
• Appoint all agents and complete the setup in PTS
• Appoint all sub producers and complete the setup in PTS
• Appoint all branch locations and complete the setup in PTS
• Compile the agency paperwork for agents, producers and branches and input them into Image Right
• Coordinate with States with regard to compliance, licensing, fees, billings, etc.
• Terminate agents, producers and branches, as needed
• Coordinate with agents to collect paperwork for updated licenses and Errors & Omissions coverage
• Support the agents with regard to bank changes, address changes, usernames, passwords and password resets
• Assist with supporting the SalesForce CRM system, running reports, getting the updates, changing and adding fields within the system

 Qualifications:                 

• Bachelor’s degree
• Two + years of relevant experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills (Outlook, Word, Adobe, and Excel)
• Knowledge of personal lines products, with an emphasis on homeowners coverages
• Knowledge of and ability to use standard industry programs and websites
• Very high attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaborate with colleagues within and across departments
