Head Of Claims Operations

Leadership Opportunity in South Florida location.

Our client, an "A" Rated Global Insurance Company, is adding a Head of Claims Operations to their leadership team. With oversight of all Liability, Travel Insurance, Medical Cost Containment and Travel Assistance Claims, this position is a highly visible role. Responsible for the leadership and development of a diverse team across multiple locations. This role requires a good amount of presentation to clients, enhancing client relationships through analysis of Claims data and reporting.

Must have 10 years of Claims Management and at least five years handling direct Liability Claims. Experience in the Travel Insurance space is highly desired. A Bachelor degree is required. A Florida adjuster license is preferred as well as an A&H and P&C license. Must be proficient in managing the full Claims process including managing P&L associated with the Claims Department.
