National Safety and Risk performs commercial insurance inspections for insurance carriers nationwide. The QA Assistant primary duties will be to assist the QA Director with daily tasks at the home office. Duties of the Quality Control Administrative Assistant include providing support directly to our Quality Control Manager regarding daily office needs within the department. The typical tasks will be following up with QC staff, monitoring staff performance, researching, making phone calls to verify information, pulling reports, organizing specific needs of the staff, and reporting back to the Quality Control Manager. The QA assistant will also perform in house QA. (overtime with training). A portion of the day will be dedicated to training.
Daily task will include:
- Training
- Inputting data in return log daily
- Sending out follow-ups email to QA staff bi-weekly
- Pulling reports of overdue work that has been in QA to long
- Fielding return request from clients
- Taking Inspector and QA staff calls
- QA Invoices Payroll
- Assist in creating training material
- Culminating performance reports
