Job Summary
Conestoga Title Insurance Co has an opening for a part-time Administrative Assistant in Reading, PA. The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the unit enabling them to achieve business processes.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Greet and assist customers
- Sort incoming mail
- Provide support to other office staff
- Run errands
- General clerical responsibilities
- Ability to work 3-4 hours per day, Monday - Friday
Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma required
- Bilingual, English and Spanish
- Dependable, ambitious, motivated, and friendly
- Ability to drive and willing to use personal vehicle
