Job Summary

Conestoga Title Insurance Co has an opening for a part-time Administrative Assistant in Reading, PA. The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the unit enabling them to achieve business processes.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Greet and assist customers
  • Sort incoming mail
  • Provide support to other office staff
  • Run errands
  • General clerical responsibilities
  • Ability to work 3-4 hours per day, Monday - Friday

Qualifications and Skills

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bilingual, English and Spanish
  • Dependable, ambitious, motivated, and friendly
  • Ability to drive and willing to use personal vehicle
