As the Human Resource Manager, you will partner with our Claims departments across the organization to provide strategic insight, guidance, and coaching. You will have the autonomy to make decisions that directly impact company objectives. You won't be doing this alone, as you will have a team of other HR Managers to collaborate and innovate with you.

Qualifications

• Progressive work experience in the Human Resources field.
• A background in consulting with business leaders.
• The ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve, and make sound decisions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Due to COVID-19, this position currently works remotely from a home office. Once conditions change and we are back in the office, the role will regularly report to the South Sioux City, Nebraska, office for work. This position offers a generous relocation package.
