Providing support to the Finance Department.
Reconciliating accounts with customers. Analysis of broker accounts receivable finding and closing discrepancies.
Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and face to face.
Preparing, analyzing and working with deposits, accounts receivable, accounts payable in an organized and timely way.
Development and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets.
Leading implementation of monitoring mechanisms for improvement.
Must demonstrate attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to drive results.
Ability to work under pressure, in a dynamic environment and attitude to adapt to change.
Fulfillment of goals and deadlines. Coordinate with other leaders to ensure workflow prioritization and distribution appropriately.
Ability to solve problems. Establishing priorities, focusing on key performance indicators, and meeting established service standards.
Bachelors degree (Finance, Accounting or related) required
Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
Minimum of 1-3 years of finance experience, preferably in Insurance field.
Customer Service Oriented and attention to detail.
Knowledge with Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat and should be computer oriented.
