  • Providing support to the Finance Department.

  • Reconciliating accounts with customers. Analysis of broker accounts receivable finding and closing discrepancies.

  • Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.

  • Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.

  • Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and face to face.

  • Preparing, analyzing and working with deposits, accounts receivable, accounts payable in an organized and timely way.

  • Development and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets.

  • Leading implementation of monitoring mechanisms for improvement.

  • Must demonstrate attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to drive results.

  • Ability to work under pressure, in a dynamic environment and attitude to adapt to change.

  • Fulfillment of goals and deadlines. Coordinate with other leaders to ensure workflow prioritization and distribution appropriately.

  • Ability to solve problems. Establishing priorities, focusing on key performance indicators, and meeting established service standards.


  • Bachelors degree (Finance, Accounting or related) required

  • Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.

  • Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of finance experience, preferably in Insurance field.

  • Customer Service Oriented and attention to detail.

  • Knowledge with Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat and should be computer oriented.
