This position doesnt provide training to obtain a license, so you must have an active license to sell insurance to be hired into this position. Please make sure you have an active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license before applying.

As an inbound sales representative or bilingual inbound sales representative working from the comfort of your home, youll take calls from potential customers to understand their unique insurance needs no cold calling! Bring your active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license, and well provide the office equipment and virtual training. Additionally, youll have the support of a collaborative, virtual team and ongoing coaching.

Must-have qualifications

  • Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license

  • High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of two years relevant work experience

  • Instead of the above, two years post-secondary education

  • Must live within the state of Minnesota

Pay Rate: $16.50-$19.00 per hour depending on experience, plus:

  • An additional 10-15% when you work evening or weekend hours

Training starts December 2020 or January 2021; Monday Friday 10:00AM 6:45PM EST for 4 weeks

Permanent schedule: Choose from 3 schedule options, all include a weekend day

Work from home office details

  • Designated workspace free from noise and other distractions
  • Remote office internet connection via DSL or Cable Modem with minimum speed of 10mbps down and 1mbps up
  • Computer that is provided to you must be physically connected to the router or modem by a cable (no wireless connection)
  • All Progressive hardware you receive needs to be connected to a surge protector
