Data Analyst Senior to Lead
As a Data Analyst Senior to Data Analyst Lead on the Claims Control Medical Team you will dive into the exciting world of PIP/Med Pay processes. You will support Medical Process/Field leadership by exploring trends and proposing solutions to enhance medical feature handling. Your contributions will directly impact a $ 1 Billion + per year function of operations (so it will not go unseen). As a critical thinker on this team you will look at problems in an analytical fashion and outside the typical business operations status quo. We measure our success in providing excellent customer service to our business partners defined by quality, efficiency, and accuracy of our work.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of 3 year analytical work experience.
In lieu of a quantitative degree, a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 5 years of analytical work experience.
In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of analytical work experience
Gathering data insights to provide recommendations/solutions (through intermediate coding and statistics)
Communicating complex topics in a simple fashion by telling stories through data
Experience in leading & facilitating high visibility presentations
Coding Wizard (SQL, SAS, or R/Python)
Some background in Data Science/Modeling
