Our Talent and Enterprise Services (T&ES) organization has an exciting opportunity for an Investments training professional! What you will do: You will build development programs and design delivery of high-quality learning programs that engage, encourage and align employees in support of business strategy, goals, and initiatives.


  • Responsible for the LMI Institute learning offerings, including the design, development and delivery of technical and professional training programs across LMI.

  • Partner with the broader talent team to ensure programs support the changing needs of the business.

  • Partner with and support the Director of Learning to deliver all Leadership and management training solutions to LMI employees.

  • Oversees the quality of all classroom and technology-based training and development activities, including needs assessment, curriculum development, course design/planning and logistics, content delivery, and related training materials.

  • Identifies subject matter experts for content delivery, prepares SME's for delivery, and provides feedback on effectiveness.

  • Organizes and manages the delivery of professional/management development programs. Directs the communications to prospective attendees. Monitors the completion of pre-work and prerequisites.

  • Utilize assessment and evaluation mechanisms to measure the impact and effectiveness of training programs/materials. Share feedback with recommendations for improvement in support of making a positive impact on performance and meeting business need.

  • Responsible for delivering lunch and learns within LMI.

  • Identifies needs and develops recommendations for utilizing outside consultants and vendors as necessary.
