As an IT Help Desk Intern, youll be embedded in our teams as they respond to incoming requests and resolve customer problems.
Youll dig deep into a wide array of technical supportincluding supporting network and email connectivity, computer operating systems, hardware and software applications, internally developed applications, and mainframe and midrange operations.
Youll also participate in a project that you and your peers present to leadership at the end of your internship.
