The desk is comprised of mid to complex California Workers' Compensation Lost Time claims. Required Qualifications:


- 7+ years of experience handling California Workers' Compensation Indemnity claims from inception to close
- Experience directing and managing the litigation process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work remotely and minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:


- Bachelor's Degree
- Bilingual Spanish
