About the Role

The Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager role is an immediate job opening with one of Michigan’s largest privately held insurance brokers. They need an experienced client manager with high level compliance knowledge to work with one of their top EB Producers.

Duties & Responsibilities

1) Closely partner with a senior sales executive on account management and cross-functional sales development to deliver effective group health and welfare solutions

2) Leverage extensive employee benefits industry knowledge to collaborate, strategize and lead self-funded plan design, management, implementation and administration

3) Key experience you possess includes:

  • Account Management

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of five (5) years experience in group benefits insurance client management
  • Life & Health insurance license
