Administration Assistant - Bilingual Spanish
We are a TPA office handling insurance claims, involving Commercial Auto Physical Damage, Motor Truck Cargo and Commercial Auto Liability claims.
We are hiring an assistant with process and operations experience. The responsibilities would include:
- Data entry to set up claims
- Sending correspondence
- Knowledge of computer programs
- Financial or accounting responsibility
- Understand Insurance Coverage
We can train the right candidate. The candidate should be motivated to start a career in the insurance business or further their career in insurance. The candidate should have a strong desire to succeed, which would require organizational skills, detail oriented, multi-tasking, excellent verbal and written skills in order to communicate with clients.
