Claims - Adjuster - Greater Orlando Area

We are seeking a Field Adjuster - Residential / Commercial to become a part of our organization! You will investigate, analyze, and determine the extent of first ad third party insurance claims and prepare written estimates and reports.

Responsibilities:

• Correspond and interview with medical specialists, agents, witnesses, insureds, or claimants to compile information
• Take accurate and detailed statements from all involved parties
• Prepare property damage estimates using Xactimate Estimating software
• Prepare written investigation and property damage reports
• Coordinate with legal counsel in handling cases correctly

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance, investigations or other related fields
• Experience in conflict resolution
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
