Job Description:

  • Manage the overall sales production, agency relationships and profitability of the assigned Georgia territory
  • Increase sales and productivity by appointing new producers and visiting established agents to increase new business production
  • Maintain effective relationships with agents by scheduling agency visits, managing agency expectations and communicating agency results
  • Educate and train agents on all Insurance House products and companies
  • Daily administrative reporting on agency visits should be completed per the job requirements 
  • Participate in weekly sales meeting and present field reports on agent feedback, competitor information and overall information from the field


  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Risk Management/Insurance, Business, Marketing, or related field of study. 
  • 2+ years of Territory Management experience in the Insurance industry preferred
  • Personal Lines Insurance experience and knowledge preferred   
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to handle heavy workload with interruptions and changing priorities
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data for making appropriate recommendations to management and agents
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Travel Requirements:  Ability to travel 80% of the time with some overnight travel
