Controller, Property and Casualty Insurance - Dallas, TX
Growing Property & Casualty Insurance company is seeking a Controller for their Dallas operation. This is a hands-on accounting management position where candidates will be responsible for accounting, finance, compliance, and operations. The organization is expanding and needs an accounting professional who can grow in responsibilities with them. Candidates can come from the carrier, broker or MGA sides of the industry.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years accounting experience in a P&C insurance organization - carrier, agency or MGA
- Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred or equivalent industry experience
- GAAP Accounting experience
- Proficiency in Excel
- Good communication and analytical skills
